Volodymyr Lytvyn Initiates Un-Scheduled Elections in Kyiv

On January, 18 the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn submitted the project of decree № 5520 “About the Setting of Un-Scheduled Elections for the Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City Chairman” for the consideration of the parliament.
