Transformation of Political System and Role of Political Elites in the Development of the Society

Scales of transformations, which take place in the society both at global and at local and regional levels, cannot be placed in usual theoretical patterns which used to explain social, economic, political and cultural processes, and which were mostly based on deterministic and progressive ideas. Response to civilization calls which are demonstrated by modern people, countries and cultures are so ambiguous and so unforeseeable that it turns out to be impossible to define some fully certain and non-alternative trend of their development, and moreover the paradigm of research and political discourse.
