The Policy was “ordered off the field” of the national program

“this should be the national program before the 2010, that will consolidate all the fractions in the parliament and will not contain any resonant political questions. All the political questions are put outside the given bill” – mentioned the head of the Ukrainian parliament. According to his words, the “key goal of the bill – the competitive ability of Ukraine, and it needs to be supported by a range of economical, social ad law reforms and bills. It should all be done to increase the competitive ability of the country. Especially, it concerns the areas of education, medicine and culture”.

The bill contains? First of all, the key and macro economical blocks, particularly, the reducing the annual level of inflation? Increasing the GDP  and reducing the deficiency of the state budget.
